  • If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour window, the card on file will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee. You will be permitted to reschedule the session at a later time.

  • If TAS cancels a session due to its own reasoning, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. You will be permitted to reschedule the session at a later time.

Late Arrival to a Session:

  • If you are running (5) to (15) minutes late to your online session, please provide in advance a written notice of said late arrival. Your session will not be extended to make up for the lost time.

  • If you do not arrive within the first (15) minutes of your appointment, your session will be cancelled and the card on file will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee. You will be permitted to reschedule the session at a later time.

  • If TAS is late to a session, you will be allowed to add the lost time onto the end of that session or add it to a future session.

Termination of Services (How to Terminate Services with TAS):

  • TAS reserves the right to terminate its services for any client without any prior written notice.

  • If the student and/or parent wishes to cancel its services or a college counseling plan with TAS, the student and/or parent (if student is 17 or younger) must provide a (2) week written notice of his/her intent to cancel his/her semester- or entire-school-year-long plan.

Refund Policy:

  • Only Semester and Year Long Retainer plans paid in full are subject to a refund. The other TAS-provided services are not subject to a refund, unless payment has been rendered, but no services were provided.
